Choosing the right power bank goes beyond simply finding the cheapest one; it's about finding the perfect balance between capacity, size, and charging speed for your needs. You should focus on three key aspects:

  • Capacity (mAh): This is a measure of how much 'energy' it can store. To find out how many charges it will provide, divide the power bank's capacity by the capacity of your phone's battery (and multiply the result by 0.7-0.8 to account for efficiency losses).
    • 5,000 mAh: Ideal for emergencies. It will give you approximately a full charge for most smartphones. It's small and lightweight, perfect for carrying in your pocket.
    • 10,000 mAh: This is the sweet spot for everyday use and short trips . It will provide you with 2 to 3 full charges. It's a very manageable size, ideal for carrying in a small backpack.
    • 20,000 mAh or more: These are for power users and long trips. They can charge your phone 4-6 times and even charge larger devices like a tablet or laptop (if the power bank has Power Delivery). They are larger and heavier.
  • Charging Speed (Output Power): Having a large capacity is useless if it takes forever to charge your phone. Make sure the power bank is compatible with your phone's fast charging standard (such as Power Delivery (PD) for iPhones and many Android phones, or Quick Charge (QC) ). An output of 18W or more is recommended.
  • Ports: Make sure it has the output ports you need (USB-A, USB-C) and the input port for charging.

Both are excellent options for protecting your mobile screen, but they are designed with different philosophies and are better suited to different screen types and users.

  • Tempered glass screen protectors are the most traditional and popular option. Their main advantage is their hardness (usually 9H) , which offers superior protection against scratches from keys, coins, and other objects. They also provide good protection against direct impacts, as the protector will break, absorbing the energy of the blow and often saving the original screen. Because of its rigidity, it feels identical to the phone's screen. However, its rigidity is also its weakness: it doesn't fit curved screens well (leaving edges uncovered or lifting) and can break if dropped.
  • Hydrogel screen protectors are made of a more modern, flexible, and soft material. Their main advantage is their shock absorption capacity . Upon impact, the material deforms to disperse the energy, making it very resistant to drops. Furthermore, its flexibility allows it to perfectly adapt to curved screens , covering them edge to edge. Another interesting feature is its self-healing ability for minor surface scratches. The disadvantage is that its texture is slightly more rubbery than glass and it offers less protection against deep scratches.

For flat screens and maximum scratch protection, tempered glass is ideal. For curved screens and maximum drop protection, hydrogel is the best option.

In this mobile accessories section, you'll find a wide variety of items designed to enhance the usability, protection, and convenience of your device. Among the most common are cases, screen protectors, charging cables, stands, headphones, and power banks . All of them are selected for their functionality, compatibility, and value , and are suitable for different phone models and brands.
