We come from the south, more specifically from Malaga. We are a team of young people committed to the environment, to reusing, to paying a fair price for things, and to raising awareness against the throwaway culture, and of course, we are great lovers of computing.

Our job is to offer affordable refurbished computers with a warranty, along with the best service and support. Our work is based on importing high-end computers from major IT companies around the world, thoroughly testing them in our facilities, refurbishing any necessary parts, cleaning their components and fans, replacing the thermal paste, and giving them a second life, along with a 1-year warranty that can be extended to 3 years. This allows us to offer our customers high-performance laptops at very low prices, both in our physical store in Malaga and in our online store.

We are located in Spain, in Andalusia, more specifically in Malaga. However, we offer national and international shipping, so you can enjoy our refurbished devices at the best price from anywhere in the world.

If you prefer, we can also assist you in person and hand over your order by hand at our physical store, located at Calle San Millán nº 27, 29013 Málaga.

We encourage you to place your order in advance through our website so that it is recorded in your order history, you can download the invoice at any time, and you can easily manage the warranty if needed.

During the checkout process, select the "Local in-store pickup" shipping option and your preferred payment method. If you wish to pay directly at our store, you can also do so without any problem.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

Most of our products are refurbished, meaning they undergo 29 quality control checks to verify that they meet the necessary requirements and the established quality standards. You can find the entire process in detail on our refurbishment page.

We carry out chassis and hinge repairs, internal cleaning, thermal paste replacement, keyboard reprinting, RAM and SSD upgrades, and more. In short, we do everything necessary to ensure you receive a 100% verified device and can buy with complete peace of mind. Should you encounter any kind of problem, our 2-year warranty will cover you.

Questions before buying

Refurbished products are those that, before being sold, have been tested and verified by professionals to guarantee that they work correctly. Furthermore, these products are backed by a warranty, which in our case is 2 years, extendable to 3 years. You can learn about all the steps and technical checks we carry out in our refurbishment process.

Is it the same as second-hand?

The answer is no. Second-hand products generally do not come with a warranty, have not undergone thorough technical checks or professional verification processes, and therefore do not offer the security or peace of mind that a refurbished product does guarantee.

We have a team of people delighted to help you from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, whether to help you choose the device that best suits you or to answer any questions you may have before or after your purchase.

The answer is YES. We offer a two-year free warranty on all products on our website. Furthermore, if you'd like extra peace of mind, you can extend the warranty to three years directly from the product page, customising it to your liking.

The warranty covers any failure resulting from a malfunction of the product. Damage caused by misuse, such as knocks or drops, broken plastics, virus problems, or liquid spills (yes, coffee on the keyboard counts too ☕), is excluded. If you use the device normally, you have nothing to worry about: you enjoy it, and we'll take care of it in the unlikely event that any problem arises.

What's more, the collection and return shipping costs are on us! We'll send a courier to collect your device and return it to you in perfect condition as quickly as possible.

  • Where can I check whether a product is available?

On our website, all the products you see are physically in stock in our own warehouse. We don't work with external stock or products "awaiting delivery": what you see as available is real.

When you go to a product's page, right below the name, the price, and the SKU, you'll find a yellow box that clearly indicates the exact number of units available.

This way we avoid unnecessary cancellations and unpleasant surprises: if you can buy it, it's because we have it.

  • Availability notice

If you like a product and it's no longer available, please contact us. We can notify you when it's back in stock or help you find a similar alternative that suits what you need.

We offer financing through seQura, which lets you split your purchase into convenient instalments. If you choose the 3-instalment payment option, your purchase will be interest-free.

  • Can I use multiple codes?

Unfortunately, most of our codes are not cumulative on most occasions, so you cannot use several at the same time, unless we expressly state otherwise.

How does the “trade-in” process with Ealyx work?

Ealyx is a technology platform that allows you to sell your used items in exchange for credit towards your next purchase.

Through the “trade-in” process, you can take advantage of the value of those products you no longer use and use them to pay for a new purchase at Allzone, thereby reducing the final amount. It's an easy, fast, and efficient way to renew your devices without having to pay the full price.

Ealyx Pay allows you to pay for your new purchases with the value of your used items.

During the purchase process, your devices are evaluated remotely, and you can use that estimated value as part of the payment.

Step-by-step process

1. Remote valuation

When you make your purchase, you'll find the option to sell your used items with Ealyx to obtain credit.

You just need to fill in a short form with your product's information to receive an estimated valuation.

2. Pay for your purchase with the value of the product

Once you have the estimated value, you can use it as:

  • An immediate discount, by selecting Ealyx Pay at checkout
  • Or you can receive the amount after the inspection, if you don't choose this option

If you select Ealyx Pay, the value will be applied directly and you'll be able to choose a tailored payment plan if necessary.

3. Send your item

After completing your purchase, you'll receive instructions on how to send the used item easily.

4. Product inspection

Once received, the buy-back partner will carry out a review of the device's condition.

If the product does not match the initial description, you'll be contacted to adjust the offer before continuing.

5. Payment plan adjustment

After the inspection:

  • The confirmed value will be applied to your purchase
  • If any amount remains outstanding, it will be charged according to the chosen payment plan

How to place an order

It all depends on how much of a hurry you're in. In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we offer free standard shipping (3-5 days) on orders over €99. To be honest, in most cases delivery usually takes around 48 hours.

If you need to receive your order as soon as possible, we also have premium 24/48h shipping options to ensure faster delivery.

We ship to:

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
  • The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
  • All countries in the European Union

For urgent shipments (24/48h), orders placed after 13:00 may not be dispatched the same day, as we prepare each device with care and dedication to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Please note that devices with modifications, RAM or SSD upgrades, software installations, or special configurations may require a little more preparation time.

Yes, it's possible to buy without registering. You'll only need to provide the necessary details to complete the order. Even so, if you register, the purchase process will be faster and more convenient, and you'll be able to manage everything from your customer area.

By creating an account you'll be able to download your invoices, check the status of your orders, and open claims or manage the warranty much more easily, all from the same place.

The details you'll need to complete the required fields are those marked with an asterisk: first name, surname, email address, address, telephone number and a password.

If you wish to associate the order with a company, you only need to provide the company name and its VAT number (CIF).

After-sales service

It's very simple. Once the order has been completed and you have received it correctly, your invoice will be available within 7 days.

Go to the "My Account" menu and open the Orders section. From there you can view all your orders and download the invoice whenever you need it.

Simply click the "Download invoice" button and the invoice will automatically open in PDF format in a new browser tab or directly on your smartphone.

Your order may be in one of these states:

  • Payment accepted: we have received the payment.
  • In preparation: we are preparing your device.
  • Shipped: your order has already left our warehouse.

You'll receive an informational email when the order moves to In preparation, and another email with the tracking information when the order is shipped.

Warranty and returns

Opening a claim is very easy. To do so, simply follow one of these steps:

  • Go to My Account > Orders from this link and click on “Open a claim (RMA)” on the relevant order.
  • Alternatively, you can go directly from here: Open a claim (RMA).

If you don't remember the order number or the device's serial number, you have several options:

  • Go to My Account > Orders, click on “View” on your order and you'll be able to check both the order number and the serial number on the invoice.
  • Check the serial number directly in the BIOS or on the label usually located on the bottom of the device.

Once you've submitted the claim, we'll review the information and get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a maximum of 24 hours, in order to arrange collection of the device if necessary. Remember that the collection and shipping costs are on us.

When we receive the device at our facilities, we'll check it and offer you the best possible solution: repair, replacement, or exchange for an equal or superior device.

Depending on the problem the device has, the repair process can take between 9 and 30 business days. In any case, we always try to resolve it as quickly as possible, and in most situations the turnaround time is considerably shorter.

If it isn't possible to repair the device, we'll replace it with another of the same model or with one of equal or superior specifications, so that you're not left without a solution.

No. If the product is under warranty and has no exclusions due to misuse, we cover the collection and return costs in full.

If you want to extend the warranty to 3 years, you can do so directly from the product page, in the "Extend warranty" section. To see the exact price, select the 3-year extension option on the product page itself.

The warranty covers any damage resulting from a malfunction of the product itself. Damage caused by misuse, such as knocks or drops, breakages, virus infections, or liquid spills, among others, is excluded.

If you've received your order and aren't convinced by it, you can exercise your right of withdrawal as long as no more than 30 days have passed since you received the product.

To do this, you must go to the warranty and returns form and select the withdrawal option. The refund will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 days of the product being received at our facilities.

* As this is a right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Likewise, if free shipping was not selected, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
