Our work is based on importing high-end computers from major IT companies around the world, thoroughly testing them in our facilities, refurbishing any necessary parts, cleaning their components and fans, replacing the thermal paste, and giving them a second life, along with a 1-year warranty that can be extended to 3 years. We perform chassis and hinge repairs, internal cleaning, thermal paste replacement, keyboard reprinting, RAM and SSD upgrades, and more. In short, we do everything necessary to ensure you receive a fully verified device and can buy with complete peace of mind. Should you encounter any issues, our 2-year warranty will cover you.

Questions before buying

Refurbished products are those that, before being sold, have been tested and verified by professionals to guarantee their proper functioning. Furthermore, these products are backed by a warranty , which in our case is 2 years , extendable to 3 years. Is it the same as second-hand?

The answer is no . Second-hand products generally do not come with a warranty, have not undergone thorough technical checks or professional verification processes, and therefore do not offer the security and peace of mind that a refurbished product guarantees.

The answer is YES . We offer a two-year free warranty on all products on our website. Furthermore, if you'd like extra peace of mind, you can extend the warranty to three years directly from the product page, customizing it to your liking.

The warranty covers any failure resulting from product malfunction . Damage caused by misuse, such as impacts or drops, broken plastic, virus problems, or liquid spills (yes, coffee on the keyboard counts too ☕), is excluded. If you use the device normally, you have nothing to worry about: enjoy it, and we'll take care of it in the unlikely event of any problem.

What's more, collection and return shipping costs are on us! We'll send a courier to pick up your equipment and return it to you in perfect condition as quickly as possible .

  • Where can I check if a product is available?

On our website , all the products you see are physically in stock in our own warehouse . We don't work with external stock or products "on order": what you see available is real .

When you enter a product's page, right below the name, price, and SKU, you will find a yellow box that clearly indicates the exact number of units available .

This way we avoid unnecessary cancellations and unpleasant surprises: if you can buy it, it's because we have it .

1.      Valoración remota: Al comprar, encontrarás la opción de vender tus artículos usados con Ealyx para obtener crédito. Solo completa un breve formulario con la información de tu producto para recibir una valoración estimada.

2.      Paga tu compra con el valor del producto que vendes: Una vez que tengas el valor estimado, puedes usarlo como un descuento inmediato al finalizar tu compra. Solo selecciona Ealyx Pay para aplicar el valor de tu producto usado. Si no eliges Ealyx Pay, el valor se abonará después de la inspección

3.      Envía tu artículo: Tras completar tu compra, recibirás instrucciones sobre cómo enviar el artículo usado.

4.      Revisión del producto: Una vez recibido el artículo, Ealyx realizará una inspección para verificar su estado. Si el producto no coincide con la descripción proporcionada, te contactaremos para ajustar la oferta.

5.      Ajuste del plan de pago: Después de la revisión, el valor confirmado se aplicará para reducir el saldo pendiente de tu compra. Si queda algún pago, se cobrará según el plan de pago elegido.

Paga por nuevas compras con artículos usados. En este proceso conocido como "trade-in" sus artículos usados se evalúan de forma remota durante el proceso de su nueva compra, y puede utilizar el valor estimado como pago.

El proceso es sencillo y sigue estos pasos:

1. Valoración Remota: Proporcionamos un valor estimado para sus artículos usados según la información que comparte, usando nuestra tecnología propia.

It all depends on how much of a hurry you're in. In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, we offer free standard shipping (3-5 days) for orders over €99 . To be honest, in most cases delivery usually takes around 48 hours .

If you need to receive your order as soon as possible, we also have premium 24/48h shipping options to ensure faster delivery.

After-sales service

It's very simple. Once the order has been completed and you have received it correctly, your invoice will be available within 7 days .

Go to the "My Account" menu and enter theOrders section. From there you can view all your orders and download the invoice whenever you need it.

Warranty and returns

Opening a support ticket is very easy. To do so, simply follow one of these steps:

If you don't remember the order number or the device serial number, you have several options:

  • Go to My Account > Orders , click on “View” on your order and you will be able to check both the order number and the serial number on the invoice.
  • Check the serial number directly in the BIOS or on the label usually located on the bottom of the device.

Once you submit the issue, we will review the information and get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) to arrange for the equipment to be collected, if necessary. Please note that we cover the collection and shipping costs.

When we receive the equipment at our facilities, we will check it and offer you the best possible solution: repair, replacement or exchange for an equal or superior piece of equipment .

Depending on the problem with the equipment, the repair process can take between 9 and 30 business days . In any case, we always try to resolve it as quickly as possible , and in most situations, the turnaround time is considerably shorter .

If it is not possible to repair the equipment, we will replace it with another of the same model or with one of equal or superior characteristics , so that you are not left without a solution.

No. If the product is under warranty and has no exclusions due to misuse , we will fully cover the collection and return costs .

If you have received your order and are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal as long as no more than 30 days have passed since receiving the product.
