Before selling your Android phone

Find your phone’s model reference

Check device information in Android settings. Note the model and total storage capacity; the box or invoice can help you confirm them. Choose a matching variant in the valuation tool before continuing.

Keep your files and remove your accounts

Save the photos, documents and data you need. Before shipping, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to remove linked accounts, including Google where applicable, and reset the phone. Do not share passwords in the request.

Check the device you will send

Remove the SIM and memory card if fitted. Prepare the accessories you listed and protective packaging. If you discover an undeclared fault, contact us before shipping so the information in your request can be reviewed.

What if my model is not listed?
