1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms of Sale govern purchases made on the website https://ecoportatil.es, owned by PortatilEco España S.L., by consumers and users residing in Spain.
By completing the purchase process and ticking the acceptance box, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms, as well as the legal notice and privacy policy.
2. Language and contract filing
Sales transactions are formalized in Spanish. The order and applicable terms are stored electronically in the customer account (private area), որտեղ the customer can view the history and download invoices.
3. How to buy?
Buying at Ecoportatil.es is easy: the customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, and places the order by choosing the shipping method and payment method. To complete the purchase, registration as a customer is required.
4. Payment methods
Ecoportatil provides the customer with the following secure payment methods:
- Credit or debit card via secure gateway (Redsys).
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer / Bizum.
- Financed payment with SeQura in installments.
- Amazon Pay.
Ecoportatil will never request card details or credentials by phone or email. If in doubt, always contact customer service.
5. Shipping
5.1. Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
For shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the following transport methods will be available, depending on the address and time:
- GLS (72 h)
- Correos delivery to office (72 h)
- GLS Premium (24/48 h)
- Store pickup (Málaga)
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. may be processed on the next business day. Devices that include upgrades, software installations, or customizations may require more preparation time, and 24-hour delivery is not guaranteed.
5.2. Shipping outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
For shipments to:
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- European Union
- International shipments (rest of the world)
The system will show the available options and the cost at the time of purchase. Customs duties, local taxes, or import taxes that may arise in the destination country or area will be borne by the customer.
6. Availability and stock errors
All products shown on the website are subject to availability. If there is no stock after purchase, Ecoportatil will contact the customer to offer:
- an equivalent alternative product, or
- a full refund of the amount paid.
If a clear error in price or description is detected, Ecoportatil may cancel the order before shipment and inform the customer.
7. Right to cancel due to fraud or misuse
Ecoportatil reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts when there are reasonable indications of:
- use of false or incomplete data;
- unauthorized or suspicious payments;
- fraud patterns, abusive returns, or repeated attempts to purchase with inconsistent data.
This measure is intended to protect both the buyer and Ecoportatil.
8. Store pickup (Málaga)
Orders for store pickup may be collected when Ecoportatil confirms it by email or phone. The customer will have 7 calendar days to collect it. If it is not collected within the indicated period, Ecoportatil may cancel the order and refund the amount.
9. Warranty
9.1. Duration and scope
All products sold by Ecoportatil, regardless of their cosmetic grade or condition (new, KM0 or refurbished), come with a 2-year warranty from the delivery date, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
All devices come from lots, clearances, exhibitions, business closures, or stock surpluses, and have been verified through a thorough technical process before sale.
In some cases, original packaging may show slight signs of handling or storage due to its origin, without affecting the condition, functionality, or warranty coverage.
The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects or hardware failures not caused by the user, excluding normal wear and tear or misuse of the device.
9.2. Handling and costs
When the issue is covered by the warranty, Ecoportatil will cover the costs of collection and return of the device. If, after diagnosis, it is determined that the damage is not covered by the warranty (for example, breakage, liquids, damaged software…), a quote will be issued and the customer will bear the transport costs.
9.3. Warranty exclusions
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- damage caused by knocks, drops, liquids, or moisture;
- unauthorized tampering, broken seals, or opening the device without permission;
- software errors, viruses, malware, or damaged operating systems;
- aesthetic wear and tear from use (plastics, casings, paint, etc.);
- installations or upgrades carried out by the customer without authorization.
9.4. Batteries
Batteries are a natural wear component. Ecoportatil guarantees a minimum battery life of 2 hours under normal use conditions at the time of sale, although in 99% of cases the actual duration is higher, reaching between 3 and 6 hours depending on the model, brightness level, open applications, processor type, graphics, and other technical features of the device.
This minimum battery life of 2 hours is established as a technical reference and minimum legal commitment, ensuring that the device meets suitable standard use after refurbishment.
In addition, batteries come with a 1-year warranty, limited exclusively to covering manufacturing defects or failure to operate. This warranty does not cover loss of capacity, duration, or battery life resulting from natural wear and tear from use, as this is considered normal behavior of the component.
9.5. Non-covered warranties and external repairs
In cases where the repair is not covered by the warranty, or it is an external repair accepted by the customer, once the service is completed the customer will be notified to collect the device.
The maximum collection period will be 14 calendar days from the notification. If no response is received within that period, the device may be considered abandoned and Ecoportatil will manage it as electronic waste (WEEE), with no right to later claim.
9.6. Loss of warranty
The warranty will be void if:
- warranty seals are removed or damaged;
- the product shows unauthorized tampering;
- original parts are replaced without Ecoportatil’s authorization;
- the indicated channel is not used to process the warranty claim.
10. Returns and right of withdrawal
10.1. General period
The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The customer will bear the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made once the product has been received and inspected, within a maximum period of 30 days.
10.2. Campaign extension
For orders placed from November 4, 2025, the withdrawal period is extended until January 31, 2026, with the rest of the return conditions remaining unchanged.
10.3. Condition of the returned product
The device must be returned in a condition similar to that in which it was delivered, restored to factory settings, and without linked accounts or user passwords. Minimal use to test the device is allowed; if wear greater than reasonable is detected, Ecoportatil may apply depreciation.
10.4. Exclusions
- products customized or specifically configured for the customer (RAM upgrades, SSD, software installation, vinyls or other custom additions);
- sealed products for personal or hygienic use once opened;
- licenses or software already activated;
- devices returned with locks, user accounts, or systems not restored.
11. Ecoportatil device grading
New: unused, with original packaging, from clearances. 2-year warranty.
KM0 with box: from clearances or display, with no apparent use. 2-year warranty.
Grade A+: very light marks, aesthetically very well cared for. 2-year warranty.
Grade A: good overall condition with small signs of use. 2-year warranty.
OUTLET: devices with some flaw or aesthetic/functional defect described in the listing, at a reduced price. 2-year warranty.
12. WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)
Ecoportatil complies with WEEE regulations. The customer may request the collection of an equivalent device for proper environmental management.
13. Shipping status and claims
It is recommended to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If external damage or tampering is noticed, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery note or the shipment must be refused.
Claims for transport damage must be communicated to Ecoportatil within a maximum of 24 hours from delivery. After that period, it will not be possible to claim transport damage.
14. Taxes
The prices shown on the website include the VAT in force in Spain. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EU may generate customs duties or local taxes that will be borne by the customer.

16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by current Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga, unless consumer regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
