What equipment can you offer?

We assess used business IT equipment for buyback when companies upgrade their devices, move offices or have unused stock. You can enquire about a batch of one model or mixed equipment: the offer depends on condition and reuse potential.

Laptops and desktops

Laptops and desktop computers from workplace use. If known, tell us the models, processor, memory and storage, as well as the condition of screens and batteries and which chargers are available.

Servers and other IT equipment

Servers, monitors, tablets and other equipment included in the batch. Describe the models and condition; for servers, also specify the configuration and included drives. We assess each batch before confirming what we can buy.

How do we value a batch of business computers?

The assessment considers device specifications and their potential for reuse. Model, configuration, condition and quantity help define an offer. Location and any required services are also considered when agreeing the terms for the whole batch.

Information that helps us value your equipment

An approximate description is enough to get started. If you already have an inventory, these details will help with the subsequent assessment:

  • Equipment type, brand and model, with an approximate quantity of each.
  • Working condition, known damage and available accessories.
  • Location, collection access and when the equipment will be available.
  • Data erasure needs and the documentation your company requires.

IT equipment collection when upgrading your office

When replacing computers or moving offices, a batch may include equipment with resale value and devices that cannot be reused. Tell us whether the equipment is at one location or across several sites, and whether collection needs to fit a particular date. Collection arrangements and any costs are agreed after assessing the case.

Buyback, reuse and data erasure

Selling equipment and handling its data are separate aspects of the same operation. Tell us from the outset whether the devices contain company information and what documentation you need. If you request certified data erasure, we will assess it as part of the proposal before arranging collection.

Will you buy every device?

The offer depends on the equipment and its condition. We assess the batch before confirming what we can buy and under which conditions.

Do I need a minimum number of devices?

The viable batch size depends on equipment and logistics. Tell us what you have and where it is; we will assess it individually.

What if some devices do not work?

Describe any known faults and distinguish those devices from working equipment. Condition affects the assessment: before collection is agreed, we will confirm which equipment can be bought and discuss options for the rest.

Can the collection include certified erasure?

Yes, tell us what you need. We assess data erasure and the associated documentation as part of the proposal.

Is collection always free?

The conditions depend on location, volume, equipment and required services. We assess each case before agreeing on costs or a possible buyback.

Do you recycle all collected equipment?

We assess whether equipment can be reused. For equipment that cannot be reused, we coordinate the appropriate recycling route and documentation for the agreed service.
