Yes. We handle orders from 5 devices to fleets of several hundred. For large orders, we offer a fixed volume quote, prepare all machines with the same configuration and plan delivery in advance so they arrive together on your required date. Enter the approximate quantity and explain your needs in the message: the earlier we know, the better we can reserve stock.
Yes. Common uses include stands, press rooms, training rooms, courses and open days. The minimum rental period is 2 weeks, so even if an event lasts only a few days, this minimum is charged. This also allows time for setup beforehand and collection afterwards.
Yes. If your project grows or new staff join, we add devices to the current rental without renegotiating the existing agreement, with the same terms and end date. You can also return some devices early. Contact us to arrange the change.
The minimum order is 5 devices. Below this quantity, we cannot maintain the service pricing, preparation and logistics terms. From 5 devices, we prepare a tailored quote; higher volumes receive a better rate per device. Additional devices during the rental are supplied on the same terms.

Short-term rentals have no commitment beyond the period you book, with a minimum of 2 weeks; you return the devices at the end. Long-term contracts have an agreed term because the monthly rate is calculated accordingly. Before you sign, we explain all early cancellation terms clearly.

We work with both companies and self-employed professionals, issuing an invoice with VAT itemised for expense deduction. The service is intended for professional needs, with a minimum order of 5 devices; we do not offer rentals to individuals for domestic use. For large orders or multiple delivery locations, we plan logistics in advance so all devices arrive configured and ready on the agreed date. If your business has sites in different provinces and you need to split one order between them, we coordinate it without an additional management charge.
