1. Introduction and data collection

Simply browsing the website of Ecoportable The user is not obligated to provide personal data. Only if the user completes forms, makes a purchase, contacts us, or uses any of the available services, will the data they have provided be processed.

The following details the main situations in which Ecoportable can process your data, the purpose of each one and the legal basis that allows it.

3.1. User registration (“New customer”)

Purpose: Register the user on the Ecoportatil website so they can manage their data, shipping addresses, order history or inquiries.

Legal basis: consent of the interested party (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Conservation: until the user requests the cancellation of their account or stops using it for a prolonged period according to Ecoportatil's internal policies.

3.2. Order processing and order fulfillment

Your contact details (email and, where applicable, phone or WhatsApp) may be used to inform you of the order status, shipping or delivery issues.

3.3. Commercial communications and newsletters

Ecoportatil may use an external email platform (e.g., Brevo/Sendinblue) solely for the purpose of sending newsletters. The provider will process the data on behalf of Ecoportatil and under a data processing agreement.

3.4. Participation in raffles or promotions

Purpose: manage participation, select winner(s) and contact the winner.

Legal basis: execution of the relationship derived from participation (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Conservation: during the time necessary for holding the draw and the legal obligations arising from it.

3.5. Contact forms

Purpose: organize the visit or service at the facilities or warehouse when the user requests it.

Purpose: to attend to the request for information and, where appropriate, process the service with the administration or with third-party collaborators.

5. Rights of interested parties
