After reviewing several websites, PC types, and prices, I chose Ecoportatil and a desktop PC in Outlet condition, where it was stated that the front panel was broken. The order went well, and I received the computer within the agreed timeframe. The same day I received it, after work, I plugged it in and tested it. Indeed, the front panel had taken a hit, and the trim around the DVD reader/writer is broken (nothing that can’t be fixed nowadays with a 3D printer). This damage does not affect the operation of the drive at all, and even less the computer itself. The PC comes with the configuration described on the website, except for a small change. On the front, and according to the sample photos on the website, the PC was supposed to have 4 USB-A ports (in addition to the jack and the reader/writer), and the one I received has 2 USB-A ports, a third one unusable (blocked from the inside), and the other converted to USB-C, which is even better for me personally. The rest of the rear connections and system configuration work perfectly; the processor, RAM, and SSD match what was offered, as does the Windows 11 Pro operating system. And everything works as it should. It meets expectations. We have to keep in mind that it is refurbished, and it will never be like a new one, but with that clear, the PC is as expected. 100% recommended.
