Super good

It arrived quickly and very well protected. The laptop had a few small marks, but that’s what you expect from a refurbished item. Now it’s time to put it to work. Oh, and we’ll have to plant the seeds that come with the card and see what grows ?

The device is impeccable. Very satisfied with the equipment received. I will continue purchasing computers.

Economical and refurbished

Like new at a more than affordable price, with slight marks if you look closely, but even so the quality/price ratio is still very favorable. Customer service was quick to respond.

Quality and good price

Fast shipping. The Surface works great. The device itself has no defects; the machine is in good condition, and the keyboard shows normal wear. The battery lasts quite a while. I still need to find a compatible stylus, as the one I had for the iPad does not work with this device.

¡Hello! The batteries come tested and audited to ensure their quality and proper functioning. Battery life depends on how you use it: open applications, screen brightness, internet connection, etc., but under normal use it usually offers several hours of battery life. Best regards, eco-friend!

Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-01-30

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The basic software pack includes standard Windows applications, such as a photo editor, PDF reader, web browser, media player, and system utilities. It is designed for basic everyday use. Best regards.

Good morning: I am interested in purchasing this device, but I would need to confirm the battery condition. Is the battery new or, if it is refurbished, what minimum percentage of its original capacity does it retain? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know whether the battery comes with a warranty and what would happen if its battery life were insufficient. Thank you very much.

Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-07-27

Buenos days, thank you for your inquiry. The battery is not new, unless expressly stated in the product. It is tested and certified, with a guaranteed minimum battery life of 2 real hours, usually longer depending on use. The battery comes with a 1-year operating warranty, although it does not cover normal wear and tear as it is a consumable item. If the battery life were lower than the guaranteed minimum upon receipt, our after-sales team would review the case to offer you a solution. Best regards.

For the Surface Pro 7 at €379, could you confirm the remaining battery capacity as a % of the original capacity, as well as the battery cycle count?

Hello, I’m interested in this computer. I’d like to know whether this model is better than the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3 i5.

Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-09-15

Hello, these are quite different devices. The Surface Laptop Go 3 is more modern, and its 12th-generation i5 processor offers better performance than the i5-1035G4 in the Surface Pro 7. However, the Surface Pro 7 has other advantages: a higher-resolution display (2736 × 1824), 2-in-1 format, touchscreen, and detachable keyboard, so it can also be used as a tablet. If you are mainly looking for performance and a conventional laptop, we would choose the Surface Laptop Go 3. If you value versatility, display quality, and the ability to use it as a tablet more, the Surface Pro 7 is a very interesting option.
