The laptop is in perfect condition and works very well for my basic needs. Delivery to La Gomera took longer than Columbus’s voyage to the same island on his way to America.
I was looking for a small laptop, around 14", for my daughter in her first year at university, and we decided to look into this model. In our case, we upgraded the RAM to 16 GB and it runs like a dream. The 256 GB SSD is more than enough to handle everyday office tasks. During the purchase process, we received excellent support and immediate answers to our questions. Without a doubt, a great choice, and I’d also like to highlight the quality of the refurbished product. It is completely like new, with no scratches or scuffs. We were promised an A+ product, and it has exceeded my expectations.
