Correct operation, it runs smoothly with office applications. If I had to point out a downside, the battery doesn’t last very long and it needs charging quite often. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the purchase.

RAM: Is the 16 GB configured as 2×8 GB or 1×16 GB? I would like to know because of the possibility of future expansion. 2. Battery: Could you please indicate approximately what condition/health the battery is in or what real battery life we can expect? Has the battery been checked or replaced? 3. Cosmetic condition: In exactly what condition is it delivered? Could you confirm whether it has any dents, significant marks, keyboard/screen wear, etc.? 4. Warranty: What exact warranty does this unit have and who is responsible for it, Ecoportátil or Carrefour? In the event of a fault, how is it handled? 5. Finally, is the unit delivered exactly with the specifications shown in the listing (processor, RAM, SSD, screen, etc.)? There is a 1-year battery warranty by factory default and a 30-day withdrawal period from the start of the purchase in case the customer is not satisfied. As these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout varies, but they are modified using high-performance stickers or keyboard reprinting with a Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting. The reprinting option must appear in the purchase drop-down options. Likewise, our devices come with Windows 11 Pro.
