I saw a TikTok video on your website and it seemed to me that it either has a vinyl wrap on it or it is an older model (in the specifications you say it is from 2018, but the processor it has was not released until late 2020, so I have this doubt). In general, I’m happy with the purchase. I was coming from a lower-spec machine, and the jump in quality has been very significant. The computer’s appearance is quite good, although it does have a few marks that I noticed later on when looking more closely. As for after-sales service, a 10.
