Hice una pregunta but it disappeared and I’m not sure if you received it. So I’ll repeat it: What exactly does “screen marks” mean, how many are there, size, dead pixels? Is Win11 Pro a time-limited trial and then Microsoft charges? If not, can you install just Win11?

Laptop in perfect condition, fast shipping and good communication.
I chose this PC for the simple tasks of my day-to-day life: browsing the internet, organizing files and photos, and handling administrative tasks. For that use, so far I have no complaints at all. When I turned it on, it was already configured and ready to use from the very first moment. As a user experience, I would have preferred to enjoy the initial setup when turning on the computer for the first time: like when you buy a new one and choose the name and so on; but I understand that the vast majority prefer to have it ready to use as soon as they switch it on. It’s a minor thing that doesn’t affect the service or the performance of the device, but it does leave a little nagging feeling.
The laptop is like new and works brilliantly. Refurbished products are a great idea, I’m very happy with it.
Purchased refurbished and in very good condition. It works very well and the only downside is that the battery comes at 73%. It is clear that it is not new, but I thought it would come with at least 80%. In short, I am happy with the value for money and the speed of shipping, knowing that they have to thoroughly inspect it and that takes time. I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a laptop from "ECOPORTATIL".
I bought it recently. Apparently it’s a new computer and everything is working correctly. We’ll see how it performs after a few months of use. It’s a good purchase for a refurbished device.
I bought it for my daughter, who is studying. Apparently, it is almost like new. We’ll see how it performs and what kind of performance it offers after some time has passed. I can only comment on this because it is still very early and only a few days have passed since we received it.
