The laptop works perfectly, and you can’t even tell it’s refurbished. I was looking for the laptop’s fingerprint reader, but it seems to be under some protective membrane on the laptop surface. I’ve read that this is because some companies tend to disable it for security reasons. I haven’t removed the membrane because it doesn’t get in the way and it provides extra protection. Overall, very good quality and no issues at all during these 3 weeks of use. Definitely a great option for a personal laptop, not focused on gaming. Although I haven’t tried very demanding games, you can still play a few rounds of The Binding of Isaac or Terraria. It’s very light and easy to carry thanks to its size, and I haven’t missed a larger screen at any point. Although for some people, it may feel a bit small. In short, a good laptop for personal use: you can play some light games, and it’s great for work. Lightweight, and if you don’t mind the screen size, it’s a very good option.
It’s my first time buying from Ecoportátil, and if I need another product again, I’ll definitely buy from them again. The laptop is like new and works perfectly.
