Hola, thank you for your inquiry. On this model, keyboard reprinting is not possible. It is delivered adapted to Spanish using stickers (includes ñ). Best regards.
Hello, I’m interested in Dell Latitude 5420 Touch 14" i5 1145G7, 16GB, 512GB SSD, FHD, A+, my question is whether to choose the touchscreen or the standard one, does the touchscreen work properly or does it have problems frequently? Thanks.

Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The touchscreen works correctly indeed; many users prefer it for the added convenience when browsing, giving presentations, taking notes, or using Windows in a more intuitive way. The choice depends more on your usage preferences than on reliability. If you don’t need touch interaction, the standard screen may be enough. If you value versatility, the touchscreen version is a very good option. If you need advice to choose the version that best suits your use, you can write to us on WhatsApp at 951 20 47 46 and we’ll be happy to help you. Best regards.

As these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout may vary, but they are modified using stickers or by reprinting the keyboard with a Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting.

Hello, good morning. Is the keyboard Spanish QWERTY? Is the battery the original Dell one, and what capacity is it? Thank you!

All our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 1-year battery warranty due to factory defect. In this case, both the battery and the charger are usually the original manufacturer’s, or otherwise a compatible battery and charger with the same specifications as the unit. As these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout may vary, but they are modified using high-performance stickers or keyboard reprinting with a Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting. The reprinting option must appear in the purchase drop-down options.
Hello, could you confirm whether the Spanish keyboard is original or if it has been adapted with stickers? If it has stickers, would it be possible to request it with a reprinted Spanish keyboard?

Hello. On this model it is not possible to carry out a keyboard reprint. However, Spanish stickers are included and at no additional cost. They are top-quality UV stickers, highly resistant to use and wear.

I’ve only been using it for a short time, but so far I’m very happy with its performance. In addition, the advice I received before purchasing made it easier for me to decide which one to buy.
It arrived well packaged and in good condition. That said, to be specific: the battery, keyboard and screen are in good condition, everything works well. Only two drawbacks: the charger works but looks very worn on the outside, and the upper bezel of the lid has small rough patches on the front, as if from knocks. I fixed it with a fine sponge sanding pad for wood, without pressing, and it became smooth to the touch.
The communication before the purchase was very smooth, and they answered my questions very satisfactorily. Once the purchase was made, the communication was even better: when the order was ready, when it was shipped, and also with the shipment tracking. I will definitely buy again.
I absolutely loved it!!! The pink vinyl gives it the personality I wanted, it’s so me... It works great, honestly. The only downside I’d mention is that the battery runs out too quickly. Other than that, it’s really great. I recommend this store 100% ?
