In my opinion, the type of keyboard included with the laptop should be specified. I bought this laptop thinking it came with an ISO keyboard, but that is not the case. For orders in Spain, the type of keyboard included should be clearly stated, and whether it is ISO or another type of Spanish keyboard. On the other hand, the laptop’s internal fan turns on too early, as if it were overheating too quickly, and it is quite noisy. I have had an open issue since January 2nd and still have not received a response. In my opinion, there are things that need to be improved.
The condition of the laptop was impeccable, almost like new. It booted up without any issues, very quickly, with Windows 11 installed and a local account already activated — a true “turn it on and start enjoying it” experience, and at a price three times cheaper than a new one.
The delivery arrived on time. So far, it has no issues. When it arrives, it should be left to charge for 4 hours before use. Even if it reaches 100% at first, as soon as you unplug it, the battery will drop to 99%. I have nothing bad to say about the product; I’m delighted.
