Of this device I’ve read that the USB C ports don’t work, is that true? These are the ones used to connect a USB stick or another type of charger (e.g. phone). I’m deciding between this model and the Lenovo Thinkpad T14 G1 14" i5 10310U, on which “only” the main charger doesn’t work. Any advice? Thanks

In this model, the USB-C ports do not work, but the USB Type-A ports (the traditional ones) work perfectly for flash drives, peripherals, etc. As for the comparison, both devices are very similar in performance. The choice usually depends more on the brand you prefer: HP vs Lenovo. Both are very good options within their range. The device is Grade A+, so it may have minimal signs of use, but nothing noticeable; if there were any visible defect, it would be indicated. The keyboard comes adapted to Spanish with stickers (including ñ) and, if you prefer it fully in Spanish from the factory, you have the option of reprinting for €19.99. Best regards.

The laptop works wonderfully. The keyboard is perfect. Very happy with the refurbished products without having to spend a fortune on a good laptop.
My experience was good, both with the purchasing process and with the laptop. The only thing is that it’s true they tell you it’s refurbished, but they don’t tell you what year the product is from. When I got it home and checked it, the laptop is from 2020… Maybe I wouldn’t have bought it. Because it wasn’t very, very cheap, this should be made visible to the customer.
Everything perfect and the laptop is great
The laptop arrived with the base dislodged. Honestly, everything was made easy and well explained. They repaired it right away. But I think that before shipping it, the person packing the product should pay a little more attention, because all that shipping and the inconvenience could have been avoided, since I was without a computer for a few days. Still, the service was quick and this second shipment arrived in perfect condition, so I’m happy. Although I should say that I sent two emails asking about some technical specifications and they didn’t reply.
