Hola, thanks for your inquiry. In this model, the backlit keyboard is optional and depends on the specific unit. If this is an important requirement for you, you can indicate it in the order notes or write to us on WhatsApp at 951 20 47 46 so we can confirm it before shipping. However, when adapting the keyboard to Spanish using stickers, the backlighting may not be clearly visible on the adapted keys. Best regards.
Good morning, the HP EliteBook 850 G8 15.6" laptop with i7 1165G7, 16GB, 512GB SSD, FHD, A+ includes the original charger. Thank you, kind regards. I would also like to know what the difference is between an i5 and an i7.

All our devices usually come with original chargers or, if not, compatible ones with the same charging specifications. As for the difference between an i5 and an i7 processor, it is the speed at which information is processed.
Hello, good afternoon. I am interested in the HP EliteBook 850 G that you have advertised and, before making the purchase, I wanted to confirm a couple of specific details about the unit. 1. RAM: Is the 16 GB configured as 2×8 GB or 1×16 GB? I would like to know because of the possibility of future expansion. 2. Battery: Could you please indicate approximately what condition/health the battery is in or what real battery life we can expect? Has the battery been checked or replaced? 3. Cosmetic condition: In exactly what condition is it delivered? Could you confirm whether it has any dents, significant marks, keyboard/screen wear, etc.? 4. Warranty: What exact warranty does this unit have and who is responsible for it, Ecoportátil or Carrefour? In the event of a fault, how is it handled? 5. Finally, is the unit delivered exactly with the specifications shown in the listing (processor, RAM, SSD, screen, etc.)? I am quite interested in the laptop, but before buying it I would like to have these points clear. Thank you very much in advance.

1. In this case, this unit does not allow RAM expansion. 2. All our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 1-year warranty policy on the battery for factory defects. 3. As this is an A+ category device, it shows no visible signs of use or pronounced marks. There may be very light or minor signs or marks that may be imperceptible. 4. All our devices come with a 2-year warranty policy, extendable to 3 years for the product if the customer wishes, and a 30-day withdrawal period from the start of the purchase in case the customer is not satisfied. 5. Yes, it is delivered exactly as indicated.
Good afternoon, I would like to know whether the warranty for the HP 850 G8 with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD is 1 or 2 years, whether the keyboard is Spanish or reprinted, whether the battery is certified, and whether Windows 11 is installed. That is what I need to know in order to decide on this product. Thank you for your attention.

All our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 2-year warranty policy, extendable to 3 years for the product if the customer wishes. There is a 1-year battery warranty by factory default and a 30-day withdrawal period from the start of the purchase in case the customer is not satisfied. As these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout varies, but they are modified using high-performance stickers or keyboard reprinting with a Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting. The reprinting option must appear in the purchase drop-down options. Likewise, our devices come with Windows 11 Pro.
Good afternoon. Does this model come with a Spanish keyboard, original or with stickers? thank you

Hello, good morning. In the technical specifications of this laptop, it says that the RAM is expandable up to 64 GB, but then reading some questions, it says that it is not expandable. Is the RAM expandable or not?

Good equipment, in good condition, meets expectations. Delivery deadline met
Correct operation, it runs smoothly with office applications. If I had to point out a downside, the battery doesn’t last very long and it needs charging quite often. Nevertheless, I’m happy with the purchase.
Correct operation; if I had to point out one downside, the battery lasts a short time, but otherwise everything is fine.
Good morning, a great computer at a very competitive price on the market, just what I needed. I’ve been using it for two weeks and, so far, it’s been fantastic. The programs too, everything is working correctly. Thank you.
Estoy muy contento con la compra. El portátil que compré llegó muy bien protegido y en muy buen estado para estar clasificado como outlet. Definitivamente recomendaré esta empresa por el buen servicio prestado. De momento no he podido probar la atención al cliente.
