Hola, Thank you for your message. All our batteries are tested and verified before shipping, ensuring a guaranteed minimum battery life of 2 hours under normal use. In addition, if the device were to present any issue, you have a 2-year warranty so we can inspect it without any problem. As for delivery to Murcia, it depends on the shipping method you choose: Free shipping: delivery in approximately 72 business hours. Express shipping: delivery in 24/48 hours (paid service).

Hello, good morning! All our laptops come with a charger. Best regards!!

Thank you. Last question: between this T490 model and the Lenovo Thinkpad X390 13.3" i5 8265U, 16GB, 256GB SSD, FHD, A+, which one would you recommend? I'm almost decided.

¡Hello! Thanks again for your message. For more personalized commercial recommendations between models, we’ll be happy to assist you on WhatsApp at 951 20 47 46, so we can guide you better based on your use. Even so, both options are excellent: The X390 is more compact at 13.3", ideal if you’re looking for maximum portability. The T490 offers 14", a bit more screen space and is usually more comfortable for working for several hours. The choice mainly depends on the size you prefer. Best regards.

Good morning. I just wanted to know whether this specific model has an additional memory slot as stated in the specifications, or whether that is an error. In all the other T490 models I’ve seen on your website, you explicitly state either that it does not have an additional slot, or that it “depends on the configuration”. Thank you

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2025-12-04

Good morning! Thank you for your inquiry, let me clarify it completely transparently. In the Lenovo ThinkPad T490, the possibility of upgrading the RAM depends on the exact configuration of each unit, because Lenovo manufactured this model in two variants: Configuration A (very common): 8 GB soldered + 1 SODIMM slot for expansion. Upgradeable up to 40 GB (8 soldered + 32 GB in the slot). Configuration B (less common): All RAM soldered. Not upgradeable. That is why on our website it sometimes says “depends on the configuration”. In the specific case of the unit you are looking at right now (T490 i7 8565U, 16GB, 512GB SSD, FHD, A+), it does indeed have an additional slot, since this specific configuration is one of those that include 8 GB soldered + 8 GB in SODIMM, allowing for expansion. If you want us to manually check the unit that would be sent in your order, you only need to indicate it in the order notes with something like: “Confirm if the ram is soldered before shipping and let me know” and we will physically check it before sending it. If you need more details, I’m here to help. Best regards.

Quiero pedir en este momento el equipo: Reference: T490i58365u-8512HD It says the Screen Type: TN or IPS (depending on version) Which one would mine be? I’m going to buy right now. If the screen is IPS. Otherwise, I may switch to another type Thank you very much

Hola, good morning. In that model, the screen is TN. For it to be IPS, the device must be Full HD. If you want us to recommend an option with an IPS screen, the best thing is to contact our sales team at 951 20 47 46 and we’ll advise you right away. Best regards.

Bueno, it’s Monday at 20:35. Tomorrow morning I’ll call you to exchange it for another similar device. Many thanks. Tomás

Hello, is the keyboard Spanish?

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-09-07

As these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout varies, but they are modified using high-performance stickers or keyboard reprinting with a Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting. The reprinting option must appear in the purchase drop-down options.

Hello. I am interested in the Lenovo ThinkPad T490 i5-8365U, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, FHD and Grade A+. Before placing the order, I would like to confirm only these points about the specific unit I would receive: 1. Could you tell me the current battery health/capacity of this specific unit? If possible, I would like to know the design capacity and the current maximum charge capacity (Wh or health percentage). 2. Is the battery original or has it been replaced? If it has been replaced, is it new? 3. Does this specific unit have the 16 GB configuration made up of 8 GB soldered + 8 GB in the SO-DIMM slot? 4. Does the SO-DIMM slot work correctly, and could I replace the 8 GB module with a 16/32 GB one in the future? 5. I have seen that the original keyboard is foreign and that Spanish reprinting costs €19.95. If I order the reprinting, does it come with a full Spanish layout (Ñ, € and all symbols) and without using stickers? 6. Is Windows 11 Pro activated with its license and ready to use? 7. Could you confirm that all ports, webcam, microphones, keyboard and touchpad work correctly on the specific unit? 8. Do the 2 years of warranty apply to this unit, and what coverage does the battery have specifically during the warranty? Thank you very much. I am especially interested in knowing the real battery condition before placing the order.

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-09-07

1. All our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 1-year warranty on the battery due to factory defect. 2. The battery is usually original, but if necessary it is replaced. 3. In this case, as we receive devices from different European countries, they may come with different configurations. As we work with a large volume of devices, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific unit with a specific configuration. 4. If the device allows upgrades, you should request opening authorization so as not to void the warranty included with the purchase of the device. 5. Correct, it comes with a reprint and Spanish layout without the need to use stickers. 6. Yes, it comes with Windows 11 Pro and activation included. 7. As it is Category A+, the device is guaranteed to work properly. 8. All our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 2-year warranty policy, extendable to 3 years for the product if the customer wishes, a 1-year warranty on the battery due to factory defect, and a 30-day withdrawal period from the start of the purchase if the customer is not satisfied.
