Buenos días, I have two questions: When it says it has an RJ-45 port (via adapter), does that mean the adapter is included with the laptop? Would there be 8 units available? Thank you

I’m waiting for the laptop refund to arrive. I took it out of the box and it wouldn’t turn on. I returned it. I’m waiting for Alejandro’s reply to tell me what the problem is. Thank you.
A great purchase, better service, and a product that meets all the requirements I wanted. Thank you very much for supporting projects that help improve our environment. You now have a company that’s a fan of yours from now on.
The laptop works perfectly, and you can’t even tell it’s refurbished. I was looking for the laptop’s fingerprint reader, but it seems to be under some protective membrane on the laptop surface. I’ve read that this is because some companies tend to disable it for security reasons. I haven’t removed the membrane because it doesn’t get in the way and it provides extra protection. Overall, very good quality and no issues at all during these 3 weeks of use. Definitely a great option for a personal laptop, not focused on gaming. Although I haven’t tried very demanding games, you can still play a few rounds of The Binding of Isaac or Terraria. It’s very light and easy to carry thanks to its size, and I haven’t missed a larger screen at any point. Although for some people, it may feel a bit small. In short, a good laptop for personal use: you can play some light games, and it’s great for work. Lightweight, and if you don’t mind the screen size, it’s a very good option.
It’s my first time buying from Ecoportátil, and if I need another product again, I’ll definitely buy from them again. The laptop is like new and works perfectly.
