Before shipping, save the data you want to keep using your platform’s available options. Sign out and unlink your account following the manufacturer’s instructions. Check the content has been erased so you do not hand over personal data.
Check accessories and remaining content
Remove discs, cartridges and cards that are not part of your request. Gather the accessories you declared and protect the console and controllers during transport. Follow the delivery instructions provided when you proceed with the buyback.
