NO will not be assessed solely based on the condition of the top cover. If we valued a product only for having 1, 2, or 3 scratches on the lid, it would be imprudent on our part. There are different grades:New: brand-new equipment, never used. It usually comes with the original packaging. If you’re looking for a new unit, this is the one for you.Grade A+: closest to new without actually being it; ensures an overall appearance with the minimum signs of wear. Refurbished but with minimal marks of use. For the most demanding when it comes to aesthetics.Grade A: an exterior appearance without major noticeable wear. It may include signs of use on the exterior lid. The interior condition is ensured without major wear in the keyboard and trackpad area. For those looking for a unit with little use without compromising on good aesthetics.Grade A- / B+: The unit is between Grade A and Grade BGrade B: the unit has scratches and exterior marks that are not excessive. They are a bit more noticeable than Grade A, but not alarming. Grade B has a normal wear condition. It will NOT have broken plastic or aluminum parts. The interior condition is ensured accordingly. This is the most common condition for a refurbished unit in 99% of Spanish stores.Grade B- / C+: The unit is between Grade B and Grade CGrade C: if they have aesthetic defects that would be specified, such as broken plastics or casings. Here you’ll get the best deal if you don’t value the exterior tanto.Todos the units come with chargers and custom packaging from Ecoportatil.
