The laptop was exactly as described in the listing (some light signs of use in less visible areas), it works perfectly, and the charger and battery are new. Fast shipping and the whole process was straightforward. And all this for a fraction of what it cost back then... I’m never buying a new laptop again.

I just want to ask: 1) Does it have a fingerprint reader? 2) What is the maximum SSD storage that can be installed? 3) Are the MIL-STD 810G standards maintained once the laptop has been refurbished? Customer service was very good and friendly. The computer arrived in like-new condition, with that new-product smell and no external marks or any signs of use on the keyboard or touchpad. Smooth, fast to boot up and work with. All systems worked perfectly. Quite lightweight. I liked the laptop and recommend it for its price-to-quality ratio.
Honestly, I have to say that I was amazed by the condition of the laptop; it looked almost new. I even think the keys have been replaced, since they are in Spanish. So far, I haven’t found any fault with the product, so the “excellent” rating is appropriate.
