Hola, good morning! We have activated the keyboard reprinting on this model. Best regards
Buenos days. Is this the model that comes with carbon fiber on the cover? I saw a TikTok video on your website and it seemed to me that it either has a vinyl wrap on it or it is an older model (in the specifications you say it is from 2018, but the processor it has was not released until late 2020, so I have this doubt). Thanks and sorry for so many questions.

Good morning! Thank you for your message. Indeed, the date shown on the product page is a typo and we are going to correct it. The Dell Latitude 7420 corresponds to the 2021 generation, not 2018. And yes, the lid we usually have in stock is the carbon fiber version, not a vinyl wrap. If you want us to confirm the exact unit before shipping, we can check it without any problem. Best regards.
Hola. I don’t see the option to upgrade the SSD to 1TB. In the Grade A one, the option did appear, but it’s now out of stock. Could you enable the option on the Grade A+ one?

Hola, thank you for your inquiry. The battery has been tested and certified, with a guaranteed minimum battery life of 2 real hours, usually more depending on usage. As this is a Grade A+ device, it may show minimal signs of use typical of a refurbished unit, but if it had any significant cosmetic defect, it would be expressly indicated in the listing. Best regards.

The laptop arrived very well packaged, in immaculate condition. So far, it meets the expectations we had for this product. As for the purchase process, they offered us every kind of assistance, the service was very friendly, and shipping was fast. I recommend this company to anyone looking to save some money on an investment that is guaranteed for two years, with the peace of mind of buying it from a trusted site like ECOPORTATIL. I bought another computer from this same company 3 years ago and have had no problems. 100% recommended. I would buy here again.
As described, good appearance and working well. So far, no problems. Perhaps a sheet with some small setup and keyboard instructions would not go amiss for basic users.
Not a single sign of previous use, it’s immaculate. Many thanks. We’ll definitely buy here again, of course.
I found Ecoportatil while browsing the internet. I had been looking for a laptop for some time, and they just had the model I was looking for. I read the reviews and they were very good. So I bought a Dell laptop. It arrived very quickly, already set up so I could start working with it just by turning it on, and the quality is like new. Everything has been perfect and I would 100% recommend it. They really must have great professionals working there, and they are highly recommended. I’m very happy with my laptop because it even comes prepared to make everything very easy. I will recommend it to friends and will always keep you at the top of my list for everything you offer. In addition to the two promotions I got as a gift, I’m delighted!!!
It’s my third device purchased from Ecoportatil, and I think that says it all. Customer service is top-notch, and the device is almost like new. Great performance at a very reasonable price. This one was a gift, and I didn’t hesitate. The next one will definitely be from Ecoportatil. Thank you, keep it up!
Device in excellent condition, practically like new. The battery performs very well and the shipping was fast and secure. In addition, the support has been impeccable: I contacted them both by email and WhatsApp and always received quick, clear, and very friendly responses. It gives you a lot of confidence to buy like this. I highly recommend it. Rui Coelho
