At first, the computer had a screen problem. I contacted Ecoportatil and they immediately arranged for it to be collected for repair. I asked them to replace it instead of repairing it, and that’s what they did. Great support service. All devices can fail; the difference is how and when the issue is resolved, and in this case it was a 10/10. Thank you.
