Hola, thank you for your inquiry. In this model, the backlit keyboard is optional. To confirm it on the specific unit, you can request photos via WhatsApp or indicate in the order notes: “backlit keyboard required,” and we will check it before shipping. Best regards.
I wanted to ask you... Is the battery new? Or, when the time comes, could it be replaced with a new one? Thanks.

Hello, all our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 1-year warranty on the battery for factory defects.
Does the laptop have a QWERTY keyboard (preferably Italian QWERTY)? What is the battery level?

Hello, as these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout may vary, but these are modified using high-performance stickers or keyboard reprinting with a Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting. The reprinting option must appear in the purchase drop-down options. All our devices guarantee a minimum battery life of 2 hours of use, with a 1-year warranty on the battery for factory defects by default.
The unit I am going to receive has a reprinted Spanish physical keyboard, and what exact battery capacity does the unit they are going to send me have?

The device is in perfect condition, like new. It runs very fast, and Ecoportatil’s handling and shipping were very good.
The equipment was great, and the service from the guys at Ecoportatil was wonderful. I recommend them, and not just because of the service: whatever you ask them, they reply quickly and clear up any doubts you may have about any device. Highly recommended.
The computer is amazing, it really looks brand new and works great. Shipping was fast and it arrived in perfect condition.
Very fast, a laptop in excellent condition, and the customer service was impeccable: I asked for a change of shipping address and there was no problem at all. It won’t be the last time I buy a device from them. I love the business concept, and they deserve the very best.
