¡Hello! The keyboard comes adapted to Spanish (QWERTY with "ñ") we include Spanish stickers already applied for free! In addition, you can always select the keyboard reprinting option if you prefer.
Hice una pregunta but it disappeared and I’m not sure if you received it. So I’ll repeat it: What exactly does “screen marks” mean, how many are there, size, dead pixels? Is Win11 Pro a time-limited trial and then Microsoft charges? If not, can you install just Win11?

¡Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. When we mention “screen marks,” we are referring to small cosmetic defects that may vary depending on the unit (light scratches, shading, etc.). To assess it with complete certainty, the best thing is to request real photos from us via WhatsApp at 951 20 47 46. Regarding Windows 11 Pro, it is not a trial version or limited-time version: it comes originally activated on the computer’s motherboard itself, so you can use it indefinitely at no additional cost. ¡Hello! The batteries come tested and audited to ensure they are in good condition. Battery life depends on usage (open programs, screen brightness, internet connection…), but you can count on a guaranteed minimum of 2 hours, although in your case this model will far exceed that. Best regards, eco-friend!

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to request the reprinting in Spanish instead of stickers. On the website I can’t see the dropdown to configure it before placing the order. I would also like to know if this model is suitable for tasks mainly for a Project Manager. Thank you

As these are devices from other European countries, the keyboard layout varies, but they are modified using stickers or keyboard reprinting (the reprinting option must appear in the purchase dropdown options) with Spanish layout if the device allows reprinting.

Could it have the Italian QWERTY by reprinting and not using stickers, or not? As regards the RAM, does it have two slots of 8 GB each, or can I easily upgrade it using a 16 GB one?

Laptop in perfect condition, fast shipping and good communication.
I chose this PC for the simple tasks of my day-to-day life: browsing the internet, organizing files and photos, and handling administrative tasks. For that use, so far I have no complaints at all. When I turned it on, it was already configured and ready to use from the very first moment. As a user experience, I would have preferred to enjoy the initial setup when turning on the computer for the first time: like when you buy a new one and choose the name and so on; but I understand that the vast majority prefer to have it ready to use as soon as they switch it on. It’s a minor thing that doesn’t affect the service or the performance of the device, but it does leave a little nagging feeling.
The laptop is like new and works brilliantly. Refurbished products are a great idea, I’m very happy with it.
Purchased refurbished and in very good condition. It works very well and the only downside is that the battery comes at 73%. It is clear that it is not new, but I thought it would come with at least 80%. In short, I am happy with the value for money and the speed of shipping, knowing that they have to thoroughly inspect it and that takes time. I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a laptop from "ECOPORTATIL".
I bought it recently. Apparently it’s a new computer and everything is working correctly. We’ll see how it performs after a few months of use. It’s a good purchase for a refurbished device.
I bought it for my daughter, who is studying. Apparently, it is almost like new. We’ll see how it performs and what kind of performance it offers after some time has passed. I can only comment on this because it is still very early and only a few days have passed since we received it.
