Of this device I’ve read that the USB C ports don’t work, is that true? These are the ones used to connect a USB stick or another type of charger (e.g. phone). I’m deciding between this model and the Lenovo Thinkpad T14 G1 14" i5 10310U, on which “only” the main charger doesn’t work. Any advice? Thanks

In this model, the USB-C ports do not work, but the USB Type-A ports (the traditional ones) work perfectly for flash drives, peripherals, etc. As for the comparison, both devices are very similar in performance. The choice usually depends more on the brand you prefer: HP vs Lenovo. Both are very good options within their range.
