Perfect.

The laptop works wonderfully. The keyboard is perfect. Very happy with the refurbished products without having to spend a fortune on a good laptop.

Laptop

My experience was good, both with the purchasing process and with the laptop. The only thing is that it’s true they tell you it’s refurbished, but they don’t tell you what year the product is from. When I got it home and checked it, the laptop is from 2020… Maybe I wouldn’t have bought it. Because it wasn’t very, very cheap, this should be made visible to the customer.

Perfect.

Everything perfect and the laptop is great

Questions and answers

Of this device I’ve read that the USB C ports don’t work, is that true? These are the ones used to connect a USB stick or another type of charger (e.g. phone). I’m deciding between this model and the Lenovo Thinkpad T14 G1 14" i5 10310U, on which “only” the main charger doesn’t work. Any advice? Thanks

Hello! In this model, the USB-C ports do not work, but the USB Type-A ports (the traditional ones) work perfectly for flash drives, peripherals, etc. As for the comparison, both devices are very similar in performance. The choice usually depends more on the brand you prefer: HP vs Lenovo. Both are very good options within their range. If you need us to help you decide based on how you’re going to use it, I’d be happy to guide you.

Buenas noches. I would be interested in this laptop, but first I would like to know the condition of its battery, whether it has any marks on the screen or casing, and whether the keyboard is Spanish. Thank you and best regards

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-01-01

Hola, thank you for your message. The battery is tested and certified, with a guaranteed minimum battery life of 2 hours. The device is Grade A+, so it may have minimal signs of use, but nothing noticeable; if there were any visible defect, it would be indicated. The keyboard comes adapted to Spanish with stickers (including ñ) and, if you prefer it fully in Spanish from the factory, you have the option of reprinting for €19.99. Best regards.

In which section should I request a reprinted keyboard? And if I place the order today, would it arrive before Epiphany? Thanks

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-01-02

Hola, thank you for your inquiry. In this model, we do not have the option of keyboard reprinting. If you place the order today, it would arrive in time before Three Kings' Day, no problem. Best regards.

Entonces, does it come with stickers? Are they good, are they durable?

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-01-02

Hola! Yes. The keyboard is adapted with high-quality vinyl stickers, printed with UV ink. They are durable, do not wear off with normal use, and are designed for daily professional use. They are well placed, do not get in the way when typing, and maintain good visibility of the keys.

Discúlpame, could you send me some photos so I can get an idea? Thanks

Hola, thank you for your inquiry. The battery is not new, but it has been tested and certified, with a guaranteed minimum battery life of 2 real hours, usually more depending on usage. Best regards.

no encuentro la opción de reimpresión de teclado, ya que me sudan las manos y no sería conveniente un teclado con pegatinas

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-03-14

Hola, thanks for your inquiry. In this model, the option does not appear in the selector. You can indicate in the order comments: “UV stickers please, my hands get sweaty” and we will add high-quality stickers printed with UV ink, which are much more durable. Best regards.

backlit keyboard and in Spanish?

Ecoportátil Ecoportatil Expert Tip 2026-08-24

Good morning: The keyboard has been adapted to Spanish using high-quality labels. Backlighting is optional, although most units include it. You can indicate this in the order notes and, if we have a backlit unit available, we will send it to you. Please note that if you select the keyboard reprinting option, the backlighting on the reprinted keys will be lost. Best regards, The Ecoportatil.es Team
