I had a problem because I wanted to install the new battery in the laptop I selected. After speaking with them on the phone, they told me to put it in the comments, choosing the battery they mentioned, which I did not do. Likewise, I called again to say that I had not added it, so they noted it on the work order, and in the end they sent the laptop without the battery. I contacted them and they told me that, in the end, it had not been done and that they would send someone to pick up the laptop. That is how it was: after a few days, the laptop came back with the battery installed. After all this, they have shown that they are very professional and that they are on top of any problem. Highly recommended.
