Like new, a good size, lightweight, with a good processor, fast and smooth. The new battery lasts for many hours. The 14-inch size is great for taking it on trips. I type a lot, and the keys are very soft and quiet, which makes working a pleasure. I had been looking for a refurbished laptop for a while, and at this price it’s hard to find a laptop with these features that looks like new. Thank you very much.
